Data security in Salio Rooms
This page describes the safeguards currently used by Salio Rooms and how company data is handled. We do not claim an external audit, certification or individual SLA unless it has been formally agreed and verified.
Connection and storage
Public traffic to Salio Rooms is protected with HTTPS. Account, company, room and booking data is stored in the application's PostgreSQL database, separately from browser-only demo data.
Account access
Access requires authentication and permissions depend on the user's role. Owner, administrator and regular-user capabilities are separated. Passwords are not stored in plain text.
Backups
The database is backed up automatically every day. Backups are encrypted, integrity-checked and kept on daily, weekly and monthly retention schedules. An encrypted copy is moved to a second system, and restoration is regularly tested in an isolated database.
Calendar integrations
Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 connections are enabled only after organization setup. Integration tokens require server-side encryption. An .ics feed remains the simpler option without a persistent account connection.
Data deletion and return
The Privacy Policy and data processing agreement describe processing and deletion rules. Account or data deletion can be requested electronically; we verify the requester's authority before acting.
Security reports
Suspected unauthorized access, data loss or another incident can be reported to kontakt@saliorooms.pl. Passwords and access keys should never be included in the message.
Service operator
Your organization's responsibility
Salio Rooms protects the service and applies role-based access. Each customer organization remains responsible for assigning appropriate permissions, protecting login credentials and ensuring that booking content follows its own internal rules.
