Account and data deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of a Salio Rooms account and data associated with using the application.

1. How to request deletion

A user or company account owner may request deletion of a Salio Rooms account and associated data by emailing kontakt@saliorooms.pl or using the contact form.

Please include the account email address, company name and whether the request concerns a user account, the whole company account or selected data.

2. Permission confirmation

Before deletion, we may ask you to confirm that the request comes from the account owner, administrator or a person authorized to act for the company.

If the account belongs to an organization, some data may be managed by that organization's owner or administrator.

3. Deletion scope and retention

Account data and related data are deleted where continued retention is not required by law, settlements, security, legal claims or contractual obligations.

Data that cannot be deleted immediately may be restricted, anonymized or retained only for the required period. Details are described in the Privacy Policy.
